Ducky and the pigeon and puppyupdate

Some pictures of Ducky who loves retrieving. This day she had fun retrieving a pigeon.

Puppy update: Kaja seems very pregnant even though it only has been 4 weeks since she was mated to SE VCH Riverbreeze Magic Fire ”Mio”. If she is having puppies, they are expected around sept 17.

Amos the gundog

Yesterday I recieved an e-mail from SE VCH Seawild’s I Mark A Lot ”Amos” owners.
Amos is from litter 5 (Kaja x Bomber) born in jan 2008.
During 2010 he has been busy hunting with his ”daddy” André.
I also got a movie of Amos and his ”mommy” Yessica training.
It seems like Amos has alot of speed like his father and the same interest in retrieving as his mom Kaja

Kaja at beathunt & Joker BOB in Kassel!

Congratulations Alexandra to Jokers BOB and Sadiki’s res. Best male yesterday in Kassel! And Good Luck today!
I’ll see you on thursday at the airport !

Yesterday me and Kaja participated at another beathunt.
She did a good job searching out ”our” area. My radio didn’t work and I had no compass….so I got lost fortunatly I bumped into another doghandler who could show me the right direction . After a while the first beat was over and I noticed that Kaja was bleeding from a paw. The terrain was very rough and lots of climbing over fallen trees etc, so she had broken another claw. Saturdays hunt was over for us and I took a tired Kaja into the car for some rest. Her claw is ok today, phew
